FAQs
1
Are your mixers and amplifiers compatible with third-party audio equipment ?
Standard models use universal audio interfaces and are compatible with most mainstream speakers and microphones. Special adaptation requirements can be met through parameter adjustment.
2
Does the one-year warranty cover accidental damage ?
The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper operation, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered.
3
What voltage versions are available to adapt to different national markets ?
We offer some 110V/240V switchable models as well as constant-voltage versions to accommodate various national power supply standards.
4
What speaker impedance does the amplifier support ?
Impedance compatibility varies by model. Please refer to the product specification sheet for details. Do not operate below the rated minimum load impedance, as this may cause equipment damage.
5
Does the amplifier have overheat protection and short circuit protection ?
All amplifiers in our lineup are equipped with short-circuit, overheat, and DC protection circuits. The unit will automatically shut down for protection when an abnormality is detected.
