Service process

Step 1

OEM Requirement Communication

After confirm customers’OEM demands, specifying customized requirements including logo silkscreen printing, color box packaging, equipment body color matching and more.

We will truthfully inform you of the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customization. We support simple revisions to our existing mature models, and also undertake R&D for brand-new customized models.

Step 2

Exclusive Order Follow-up

After got the deposit is received to schedule production, a dedicated merchandiser will provide one-on-one follow-up service.

We can send on-site photos and short videos upon request to update production progress at every stage: production scheduling, assembly, burn-in aging test, finished product quality inspection and packing.

Step 3

Customization & Packaging Delivery

Procedures such as logo silkscreen printing and custom color boxes will be completed strictly in accordance with the confirmed detail.

Goods are packed with double protection: thickened inner & outer cartons plus EPE pearl cotton. Aluminum cases or professional flight cases are also available per your request to eliminate collision damage during ocean transportation.

Step 4

Standardized Quality Control

We implement sampling inspection for incoming raw materials, in-process inspection for semi-finished products, and full long-duration power-on burn-in aging test for finished goods.

All functions including audio channels, phantom power, effect modules, Bluetooth and recording functions will be fully tested. Products can only be packed after passing inspection. Our assigned salesperson will recheck packaging details and conduct random sampling of product quality before finished goods are warehoused.

Step 5

Supporting Foreign Trade Delivery Services

We support multiple international delivery terms: EXW, FOB Jiangmen / Shenzhen / Guangzhou Port and other Incoterms.

English user manuals or manuals in the local language of target markets are supplied upon shipment. CE and FCC certifications are available to meet customs clearance requirements for most overseas regions. We also provide professional customs documents such as FE and CO, helping customers clear customs smoothly and qualify for preferential tariff treatment.
