What are the usage limitations of your products ?
Suitable for indoor stages, conference rooms, and KTV environments. Not recommended for long-term outdoor use or in harsh conditions with high humidity and excessive dust.

Does the amplifier have overheat protection and short circuit protection ?
All amplifiers in our lineup are equipped with short-circuit, overheat, and DC protection circuits. The unit will automatically shut down for protection when an abnormality is detected.

What voltage versions are available to adapt to different national markets ?
We offer some 110V/240V switchable models as well as constant-voltage versions to accommodate various national power supply standards.

How many microphone inputs does the mixer support, and does it come with phantom power ?
Channel counts vary by model. Most models are equipped with 48V phantom power to directly supply condenser microphones.
