What are the usage limitations of your products?

Suitable for indoor stages, conference rooms, and KTV environments. Not recommended for long-term outdoor use or in harsh conditions with high humidity and excessive dust.

Does the one-year warranty cover accidental damage?

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Damage caused by improper operation, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered.

Can OEM orders have our logo printed on the unit and packaging?

Yes. Logo printing is available for OEM orders meeting the MOQ. Please provide a clear, high-resolution logo source file.

What voltage versions are available to adapt to different national markets?

We offer some 110V/240V switchable models as well as constant-voltage versions to accommodate various national power supply standards.
